- Obtain legal travel documents, medical visas, and related permits independently
- Comply with Chinese laws and regulations and the rules of partner hospitals
- Purchase appropriate travel insurance and medical insurance
- Pay service fees and medical fees on time
- Take full responsibility for your own medical decisions
- Not use the Platform for illegal activities or fraudulent behavior
5. Service Fees and Payment
Regarding fees and payment:
- Prices displayed on the website are reference prices; actual costs will be determined based on specific medical needs, hospital selection, treatment plans, and other factors
- Final quotations will be confirmed in writing during the consultation process
- Service fees and medical fees are settled separately; medical fees are paid directly to medical institutions
- Once advance payment is made, cancellation fees may apply if services are cancelled due to client reasons
- In case of service cancellation due to force majeure, refunds will be handled through mutual consultation
6. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- Medical appointments require complete documentation submitted at least 2 weeks in advance
- If you need to change or cancel after appointment confirmation, please notify at least 7 working days in advance
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in penalty fees
- Hospitals reserve the right to adjust appointment times based on medical resource availability
- Appointment adjustments due to medical emergencies should be resolved through friendly consultation
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for:
- Quality of medical services, medical outcomes, or complications provided by partner hospitals
- Actions or negligence of doctors, hospitals, or other service providers
- Uncontrollable factors such as travel disruptions, flight delays, visa rejections
- Consequences resulting from patients not following medical advice or concealing medical history
- Service quality of third-party providers (hotels, transportation, etc.)
- Service interruptions due to network failures or system maintenance
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The Platform's maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the client to the Platform.
