These products should be treated as occasional treats, not routine fruit servings.
Evidence-Based Strategies for Safe Fruit Consumption

Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) or fingerstick testing before and 1–2 hours after eating fruit helps identify tolerable types and portions.
