正常值范围
The normal EOG Arden ratio (light peak/dark trough amplitude) is ≥1.8 (180%); values between 1.6–1.79 are considered borderline; <1.6 indicates abnormality. Absolute amplitude values vary by equipment and age but typically: dark trough = 50–150 μV, light peak = 100–300 μV. Interocular asymmetry should be <20%.
