正常值范围

Normal findings include: (1) stratified non-keratinized squamous epithelium with intact surface cells, (2) absence of goblet cells in the cornea and limbus (present only in conjunctiva), (3) <5% inflammatory cells (lymphocytes, neutrophils) per high-power field (HPF), (4) no dysplastic or malignant cells, and (5) preserved cellular polarity and minimal cytoplasmic vacuolization. Goblet cell density in healthy bulbar conjunctiva typically ranges from 20–100 cells/mm².
